Luisa is a Los Angeles-based cosmetic chemist. Born and raised in Italy, she moved to the US after graduating from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Milan. She works as a consultant and formulator to help people who want to start a cosmetic line. She’s also the founder of Luisa True Skincare, her own beauty line. Luisa has been on a mission to educate people on skincare for years. She was even featured in the Netflix documentary “Broken” and became popular thanks to her transparent attitude.
